por Usuário 13412829 do Firefox, há 9 anosWhen the new update was launched on Friday my mail.com mail-check toolbar disappeared from Firefox. Now if I close the Firefox search page I lose my connection to Mail.com and have to log in again. Only option is to keep a search page open all day. The icons for write email, organizer, etc have disappeared altogether. Useless.

Unfortunately an error, which we could not find despite extensive testing, has crept into this update. That should not have happened.
If the option 'Clear history when Firefox closes' is activated in the Firefox settings 'Privacy' => 'History', the entered account data will also be deleted when closing Firefox. This also applies to all other MailCheck settings.
We are currently working on a new version that fixes this bug. This version will be published on Friday.
Maybe you will like to give MailCheck another chance then.

I contacted the developer several times, he never responded even the support said to use another browser, contacted them through email twitter and they fucking never responded. I am a paying customer to their service, recently switched to firefox and this is how they treat us

- What happened? Worked fine for ages, then login doesn't work. Just like the other reviewers, you can't log in when it is installed in Firefox. The company still "advertises" the extension as compatible. Yeah, no. I use their apps for Android and iOS which work fine. Fortunately, this is not my primary email. If it was, I would be very unhappy.

I switched to Firefox and the extension no longer lets me sign in to any my accounts, freezing completely after I input my email and never prompting me for a password. Very disappointing.
