Maybe the people screwing around with proxy servers can make it work, but for normal users it's effectively nonfunctional. The best I can say is looking at "Commercial break in progress" is less annoying than Twitch's actual ads.

This plugin was always hit-or-miss and frequently stopped working with Twitch changes, but it was always back up to ~75% success shortly after.

Now it has been months and it hasn't worked to block a single ad. It blocks the whole stream and video never loads. Video never plays until you disable and reload. On any level of proxy use.

I think either the proxy host got wise and blocked access, or it's Twitch's streams, or who knows. But this doesn't work anymore.

About a week or two ago it stopped blocking ads, and as of today streams don't even load when it's enabled.

Doesn't work well, just gives a black loading screen a lot of time
