    Прекрасное расширение с чудесной задумкой, которое всегда было отличным помощником. К сожалению, в последнее время оно отказывается работать совсем, при чем не на каких-то определенных видео с каких-то определенных каналов, а почти на всех. Иногда не грузятся только русские субтитры, дублирующие английские - и это не так страшно, мне куда важнее наличие английских (язык видео), а перевод нужен "для подстраховки", но на половине видео субтитры не загружаются вообще. Перезагрузка страницы не помогает, перезагрузка браузера тоже не помогает. Не понимаю, в чём проблема, ибо ранее всё было хорошо. Пока что оставляю низкую оценку, но очень надеюсь что всё починится и будет хорошо работать.

    Привет! Странное поведение, согласны. Мы сами пользуемся расширением каждый день с момента запуска и ничего похожего пока не видели. Можете дать чуть больше деталей на support@intersub.cc? Это поможет нам разобраться с причиной вашего случая

    waste of time, doesn't work, shows the subtitles in the original language (which I can get directly from youtube). There is no translation, whatever setting one tries

    Thanks for the feedback. Can you pls give a few examples on which videos the extension didn't work? And specify what translation was missing, because we have tree options: subtitle translation on the fly (in case dual subs are on and we couldn't find/get the second sub from a player), words translation in subtitles and words translation on websites.

    These are our terms and conditions. You can also apply a promo coupon to gain access without entering your CC information - we send it in the third “Complete your registration” email. If you don't like our terms and conditions, that's no reason to use abusive language.

    UPD: now you can close a "get trial pop up" and browse your personal account without entering your card info.
