- Nord vpn is good, but for firefox add-on, it has a big problem. It doesn't work if you don't allow the extension to work in private windows as well.
It should be user's choice whether to allow an extension to work in private window or not. You should not enforce such terrible rules, which in turn, is disrespectful to user. Other vpns don't enforce such rule.Resposta do programador

However, it would be great if you could specify the issues you are currently experiencing with our browser extension (including the exclusion lists) so we could help you out on resolving these issues. This extension doesn't work with Firefox. Once you are logged in and connected to a server, the websites gives a connection error. After chatting with Live Chat team, there was no resolution reached. It is better to stick to the Desktop App over the extension.Resposta do programador

Unfortunately, as mentioned by our support team, it might be difficult to connect using the Proxy extension on networks that have restrictions and it is better to use the VPN connection (client) instead, as it can overcome such restrictions. Außerdem muss ich jede zu besuchende Seite auf der Bypass List hinzufügen, damit ich überhaupt die Seite besuchen kann und weitern bleibt meine IP Adresse öffentlich!

- It's amazing that almost every single review this extension has had in the recent past is a scathingly negative review.
And there's good reason for that. This is one of the better, even 'premium', VPNs out there. And yes, their service is fast. But it comes with several pains. This Firefox extension is pathetic. At it's best, it asks you to keep logging in, fails often, fails to load pages often, and the window is distorted (it keeps getting elongated!). At it's worst, well, it crashes and takes Firefox along with it.
It should be clear by now that this is not an isolated incident - something that can be resolved by customer service. This is an issue from the development of the extension - which needs to be sorted.
The Windows app (and phone apps) work well, but they're pretty heavy and battery hungry. So I wish this browser extension would 'just work' - but it doesn't.Resposta do programador

Falls Sie weitere Probleme haben oder die langsamen Verbindungen beheben möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte jederzeit unter support.nordvpn.com! -Neo- I'm very dissatisfied with this app and their service, it simply doesn't work as it should. Sometimes it doesn't autoconnect, other times the internet connection stop working because of the app and I have to manually disconnect or reset the connection. There are times that I can't even log in because their log-in interface doesn't work. I don't like it and I'll be switching to another provider when my subscription ends.

Requires re-installation, and only after it finally works. I have only 4 other add-ons, which are some of the most popular on Firefox, all of them I basically mandatory for most users. So that dumb excuse from NordVPN developers, that it is not their fault, it is some bad bad third-party add-on interfere with theirs, is kinda funny in that case. There is no bad interference and even if there is, it is your badly written code cause this problem. Happens way too often, so I've cancelled subscription.
