de louha, 6 ani în urmăi downloaded this app because i didn't want to be annoyed by adds. Even with the "acceptable ads" options deactivated, i still get some advertising that i don't want to see, and that are actually annoying to navigate on websites, especially formactif.com forums, where i get annoying huge images who force me to click on them so they can disappear. And even with a dozen reclamations, they still just answer me "nop it's acceptable ads bitch" when it is clearly spam.
i'm just gonna find another extension to do what i need, and not what THEY want to do.

Other ad blockers have enough common sense not to CAUSE THEIR OWN POP-UP ADS. When good ad blockers like uBlock Origin update, they do it quietly without bothering the user. The people at ABP thought you wouldn't mind annoying adverts if it was from them. Advertising to me a product I already have installed is a sure sign these people do not respect users time.

postat la 25 de zile în urmăWe appreciate your feedback. We use a system called smart allowlisting: if you do not visit a website that you have allowlisted within 7 days, it gets automatically removed from your allowlisted websites. If you visit it in 7 days, it will get renewed for another 7 days.

Nor on Yahoo.com. at least not on my computer.
