A nice idea, but (for me) it causes the address bar to lose nearly all contrast; the URL can not be read unless it is clicked.

Sorry you don't care for this theme. What color text would you want the URL bar to be? On my screen the white text works with the red background. It may be that different size screens will show it in a different place. But let me know what color text you think would work better and I can change it.
