Unfortunately this has stopped working again with Firefox 72.0.1.

Maintainer responded quickly in email when I highlighted the older v1.1 no longer working with Firefox 71.0. v2.0 released the next day, which is working again for me.

Additionally v2.0 now doesn't even have an initial failure to load requiring a reload of the page, yay!

Two issues to fix:
1. Version 1.1 doesn't work in Waterfox 56.2.0 (x64): server not found
2. On previous versions if http://www.rutor.lib/ is set as quick dial in Speed Dial (https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/speed-dial/), need to reopen site twice.
