I couldn't get it to work on this link: https://chemtrails.substack.com/p/chemtrails-town-hall-citizen-testimony I don't know whether it's because there are multiple videos here or some other reason. I tried installing Brave and its downloader with the same problem, so maybe it's my fault or the site's fault. I haven't tried other substacks with embedded videos yet.
