Great idea, great extension, except it has a nearly 100% chance of banning the **WRONG** channel on the first click. Easy to fix, slightly annoying, but much more effective than youtube's don't recommend. (Youtube would usually recommend more garbage, this just hides it so I don't have to see any at all.)

Works well enough for me. I've been using it for about a week now and have blocked many unwanted videos and channels. I would've given it full marks but for two things: Having to open configuration and add a regex becomes a chore, and I wish that blocked channels & videos could also have fed through to youtube's native 'Not interested' & 'Don't recommend channel' functions.

It both made my Youtube experience both better and worse. On one hand, I was able to stop certain channels from constantly being recommended to me or showing up in my search results. On the other hand, it slowed the site down considerably.

If that problem could be solved, this add-on would be perfect.

Works perfectly with normal videos, but i wish it could work with youtube shorts channels too. When it does, i'll put 5 stars

Works fine in the long run, but now suddenly stop out of nowhere. Is there a reason to this? Like a limit of channels blocked? Still works to block channels you have no interest in, but kinda stopped blocking others after a long while.....

Edit: Note some channels this add-on wont block you have to type channel name manually!

only 4 star because unable to toggle it on and off and X button suspiciously missing on "for you" tab

If the next video is blocked by a keyword, the autoplay button will also disappear.

Works, does exactly what it advertises, and easy to use! But may require an update; I'm no longer able to block the "Trending" channels.

This a GREAT addon, with excellent functionality.
My main problem, after using if for year or so (and not working for a while, now fixed), is that it slows down Youtube page loads to a crawl.
I´ve even tried moving my entire Youtube profile to a Ramdisk, to maximize speeds, and more often than not, I still get a top bar telling me "This addon is slowing down your browser", or something like that.
If you manage to make this FASTER, and more capable of reading hundreds/thousands of blocked channels, an addon worth paying for, indeed.

FINALLY! After trying out every single channel blocker above this one on the search list, I finally found one that works. now, let's see how LONG it works; before YouTube breaks it.

Just found out it's not compatible with the "restore old theme of youtube" addon. That will break it! "youtube classic" works though.

great replacement for video blocker but the only problem is that their is no way to import the 2000 channel i blocked from video blocker to this so i have to block one by one from the beginning

Works fine on new Youtube but, it doesn't work with Classic Youtube add-on, which makes it pretty useless for me.

normal application, but you need to ask less rights for applications.
does not work instantly. need waiting a ~ two sec. it's not cool. in opera "you cleaver" triggered instantly.
I did not find any analogues in firefox.
