Works as it states. Only one to do so, as far as I have tested. Not so sure about it wanting "Access your data for all websites" permission.
I believe the "Input data to the clipboard" permission should be enough.

The extension has to slightly modify web page to catch the right click at the right moment. Web page modification requires that broad permission.
