Same as the other guy...installed...no full screen, couldn't even see the add on in customization or otherwise:
FF 58.0.2/64Bit

It should not show up in customization anyway. The only place it should show up is in the installed addons list. Be aware that it will only take effect when the browser is started. Not every time a new window is opened.
