Hi, the Zen browser's extension API does not have full compatibility with Firefox extensions unfortunately. Many extensions won't work with it. We hope they will improve compatibility with Firefox.

Hi, I'm sorry you lost your tabs. Please note that if Firefox gets corrupted, or if you have "system cleaner" or "privacy cleaner" software installed, this can wipe clean data for all browser extensions including OneTab.

Please contact us at one-tab.com/feedback to report the specific problem you're having, so we can investigate if there is a bug we're unaware of.

Hi, please let us know what actions require too many clicks, so we can add keyboard shortcuts or other improvements. As far as we're aware, the only thing that takes more clicks than before is when you're using the "share as a web page" feature. It's now just 1 click to delete a group, whereas before it was a click and a confirm, so that's an improvement. Older versions are available for download in the add-ons history. Please let us know at one-tab.com/feedback what specifically we can make more efficient to do in the new version.

Hi, the new OneTab was designed to be much faster than before. It's possible it might be slower if you have a very old GPU - please contact us at one-tab.com/feedback so we can see if we can figure out the particular performance issue that we can fix.
