Thanks for trying out ElementHider! Please try to adjust the "hiding sensitivity" for the keyword. You can set sensitivity for each keyword by clicking the keyword and adjusting the sensitivity slider (higher number = higher area to be hidden e.g. only the word vs. The whole post). You also have a global sensitivity slider on the settings page which will adjust the default sensitivity for all the keywords. This should help with hiding the whole post.
