I just tried to identify an upbeat jazz piece in a facebook ad, and every single time it lead me to some melancholy song in a completely different genere; that was NOTHING like the song. It only listens for 2-3 seconds, then pulls the most unrelated, out-of-pocket piece of music out of its behind that it can find, and it will never get it right.

Starting with version 3.2.4 (it's live now! you can update the extension in Extensions -> Settings -> Check for Updates), audio should not be muted on any websites, and audio recording should work perfectly almost everywhere, including basically all video players.

There is a known issue where it mutes your tab after searching for a song, which hasn't been fixed for months.

Definitely wasn't the case of abandoning the extension or using it for advertising a service; it's just incredibly tricky to get audio recording working on Firefox, as the browser doesn't support direct audio capture from the tab.
