    There is a difference between simple and easy in a way that almost makes them antonyms. This add on is the former, but not the latter.

    Good idea, yet a too "radical" implementation. Perhaps a "time control" or something like that would be a cool improvement.

    For more control you can maybe try the extension Impulse Blocker. Digital Detox is a fork from this extension with a focus on simplicity and great UI. Impulse Blocker gives more control.
