Fantastic extension, as someone who lives remotley, picking an item up was never an option for me, all those listings were just irrelevant to me, they just felt like spam.
I hadn't considered that people might want it to only stay enabled for the current session rather than future sessions. The storage.session API seems fairly simple though so I could support this as an option if you found it particularly annoying.
