Doesn't work, unable to config download folder or whatever, also there's no english version

Is there any chance that there's going to be an English translation for this addon? When I try to use it by clicking the added button on the Pixiv page, I get a pop-up alert, but it's in Japanese, which I cannot understand, and I cannot select the text to copy it to paste into a translator to find out what's going on
