Не показывает активность поставленной оценки. Т.е. если уже поставил диз, то потом зайдешь и непонятно, что будет если нажать на кнопку снова. Это пожалуй главный минус. Понимаю, что ,возможно, это из-за того, что это приложение не может позволить себе тратить деньги и ресурсы на облачную синхронизацию, но тогда хотелось бы большей прозрачности как работает повторный дизлайк (отменяет уже поставленный или добавляет дубль). В первом случае это черевато тем что люди могут отменять дизлайки сами того не зная. Во втором массовыми дизами от неуникальных пользователей - что тоже плохо

why hasn't this been updated for firefox in 2 years? WTF?

This used to be my favourite extension, but a recent UI change made it less convenient.

The dislike count is now displayed instead of the dislike icon, which means you can no longer tell at a glance whether you've already disliked a video. The like button still changes appearance when selected, but the dislike button no longer does because the icon is replaced by the number.

For comparison:
- YouTube Dislike Counter keeps both icons, but places the dislike count far to the right of the rating buttons, which looks rather awkward.
- Dislikes in YouTube™ has the best placement of the dislike count (right next to the dislike icon), but shifts the entire action bar too far to the left, causing spacing issues.

Each extension gets something right, but unfortunately none of them is currently perfect. If this one restored the original dislike icon while keeping the counter, it would easily be the best option again.

Update: I accidentally discovered that using this extension together with Dislikes in YouTube™ often results in the best overall layout: both thumb icons remain visible, the dislike counter stays next to the dislike button, and the action bar is no longer shifted to the left. Unfortunately, this combination is inconsistent and sometimes breaks after refreshing the page (the dislike icon may disappear again and the counter may display a leading zero), so it's more of a lucky workaround than a reliable solution.

Doesn't work

For everyone, this addon is still working via GreaseMonkey or other script manager and I suggest you migrate to that. For some reason, Firefox won't update this one. And yes, the button UI is fixed there. Thanks for the great work Dmitry!

No update since 2-years for the Firefox AddOn..

The add-on works ALMOST perfectly. It does bring back dislikes, but the icon is gone. Also, can you add back the dislikes for youtube shorts? They removed those. Other than that, this is a great extension! ❤️

i bin using this addon for years but now that youtube have removed the dislike button on shorts maby this can be a new feature to add it back in this addon ? :)

This hasn't been updated in 2 years. Use the userscript instead.

Worked for a long time, but the extension hasn't been updated for 2 years, and unfortunately the GitHub release is broken. Time to find a new extension!

I give that 5 start cause it was doing its job for a long time. But we need an update urgent.
