Sorry to rate 1 star, but I will increase to 5 if the add-on is updated to reflect that users are allowed to have up to 50 email aliases; not just 5. As for the relay service itself, I really like it and appreciate it. But the add-on is not up to date, and is not even usable for me, as a result of this shortcoming.

new: still says "you reached your limit of 5 masks" although in latest Fx patch, limit was increased to 50...
old: On some websites the addon removed names of fields in forms...

Sign in pages for many websites don't work. A popup says this section cant be empty. In essence, you cant log into these pages. When i disabled the extension, the problem was resolved.

useless unless you pay for a sub, im not paying for a sub just to realize i dont like it. so much for trying something without having to buy a years worth first.

Now I have Relay, I can no longer log in to Amazon and pay for my purchases. This is completely unacceptable, so I will have to switch Relay off. Total waste of time.

NEGATIVE COMMENT

Mozilla's Mask email addresses are incompatible with a lot of websites. Which is a major inconvenience. Also, because of this service, a ton of important emails get filtered to my Gmail's SPAM folder. Setting up an email address for non-personal use is quite easy and the ability to reply is not hidden behind a paywall.

The devs should know that almost no websites will accept email addresses with random combos of letters and numbers, like cw98sdy2u@mozmail.com!! Some sites even seem to block mozmail.com. At the very least, let us pick something that resembles a real email!

This is so complicating to use. I can't find how I can mask my email when I can't even put it in my Samsung email app on my Mac. This is absolutely a no go. Just can't use it. Disappointing.

I have only ONE email address so why is this so complicated? That also means I have only password. So WHY is this so complicated...constantly being told to "log in" when I am obviously already logged in!

GitHub would not accept the mozilla.com address. I changed it to FireFox.com and it accepted it. But I got no confirmation email from Mozilla. What should I do?

i am sooooo confused. not everyone is tech savvy, especially those of use who are 76 years old. no videos that outline how to use relay? I need this service... ive been hacked more times than the population of china, even had someone file an income tax return and GET the money and I had to prove it wasn't me. But now I regret purchasing the premium but I guess i'll give it few more days before digging a grave and crawling in. Nervous breakdown #465
