It can reload file:// and about: which is what I need. But it reloads only when the button is clicked (it does not remember the settings for certain pages even after exiting the browser).

Умеет перезагружать file:// и about: что мне и нужно. Но перезагружает только по нажатию кнопки (не запоминает настройки для определённых страниц и после выхода из браузера).

This works very well if you wish to refresh ALL tabs at a desired frequency - it doesn't allow you to refresh individually.

The refresh should be done on your ACTIVE tab.
Refreshing individually will be an upcoming feature. All the best, thanks
