Extrem schlechte Nutzerführung. Dauert ewig zum Einrichten. Kein Vergleich zu Sykpe oder Zoom.

This plugin no longer works in Firefox. The browser simply fails to recognise that it is installed. Even before this started happening, it would only connect with no video. It's not been updated for a year now, so perhaps Cisco has dropped development. However, it usually works in Chrome and IE.
