Options (Changes from the initial settings):
[Use Extended Mode]: ON
[Copy in text/html format]: ON
[Use format2]: ON
[format2]: ${title}
Target URL: about:addons
Operating Procedure: Copy format2 from browser action
Output Destination: Microsoft Word / Notepad

please add empty lines in "Copy the title and URL of all tabs" between lists, because each list composed of 2 lines.
