I found this tactic to be really annoying for a while but then I started to appreciate the little bit of head space it gave me whenever I opened a new tab or something like that.

It gives me time to think if I really want to go to a distracting sites or not. It's good to build self-control.

So far it's perfect, this is the type of self control addon i was looking for, with nudges instead of hard blocking the websites
