This is fantastic while playing Skyrim and having youtube playing on the other screen. Often while browsing menus in-game, the scrolling gets applied to the youtube video. Very annoying. This extension fixes it, and just works.

Perfect for locking the scroll when doing online crosswords, sudoku, etc., where the keys or mouse movements often uncenter the puzzle. Extension does exactly what is says, and no more. Perfect.
