— Uporabnik Firefoxa 17589070, pred 4 letiSo I have about 200 tabs open usually. Is this a bad habit? I don't know, I just have different areas of interest and they just seem to accumulate.
Anyhow, I tried all the 'tab management' add-ons available, and this is the only one that works and made sense to me. I have about eight different groups, and navigation is simple.
User Tip: when you're on the 'Manage Groups' page, if you copy the web address, and then paste it in Firefox Settings > Home > Homepage, under 'Custom URL', then when you click on the Home button it brings you to the Manage Groups page. That is what make it work so well.
There was another tab management add-on which I really wanted to work, Tab Stash, but couldn't understand it, found it unintuitive (gonna write to the Dev), so this one wins!

This most likely because he is being affected by the WAR in Ukraine, where he lives. Hoping for his safe return to programming tools like this.

Keeps hiding random tabs from random groups every day. Now every time you open FF after closing it, some of the tab groups are in different windows, some might be empty, and the backups just aren't there. This extension has totally lost its purpose as being able to save what you're doing through restarts.

- Ocenjeno z 4 od 5— antonavy, pred 3 meseciIt's really a good option for the lack of a better one... It gets the job done by hiding tabs from other "workspaces" into the hidden tabs list. Didn't notice a lot of bugs.
But a few things that really push me to use other browsers: it's not as elegant, very simple design, doesn't feel native and natural (compared to vivaldi, arc, zen, opera, etc); and two very annoying things: tab groups don't hidden, but are kinda empty, but still show previews, which brakes immersion and the fact that it spawns a directory every single day in your home folder ("STG-..."), and never cleans it up. - Ocenjeno z 5 od 5— Ron Elicit, pred 4 meseciMy favorite browser extension, hands down. Yes, the last Firefox update broke it. Need your tabs back? Settings > Backup Your Simple Tab Groups > Enable Auto-backup (you should be doing this anyway). Then Restore Backup every time you relaunch Firefox. (I delete existing data and revert to my last save.)
