Windscribe is priced fairly for what it offers, and in my opinion, it offers a lot of great features and locations. The speeds/connections are reliable and are alot better than various other VPN providers.

I'm a big fan of windscribe and have been very impressed with how smooth the whole application runs. With 3 months down on their pro plan, i'm certain i've found the VPN for me. Everyone has different preferences, but i'd highly recommend giving windscribe a go, even if it's just with the free plan, as it's been a reliable and stable VPN for me.
