    of course. I added SMOOTH SCROLLING in the plan for version 2.2.0

    Hand cursor is so small, I have to look for it all the time. Please change it to a larger hand or let user select a different icon.
    Missing some features that we had in the old GrabAndDrag addon, like smooth scrolling and an option to select which mouse button to use for dragging the page.

    options for choosing hand cursor will be added in the version 2.1.0
    an option for adjusting LEFT, MIDDLE, RIGHT click buttons will be added in the version 2.1.0

    an option for SMOOTH SCROLLING will be added in the version 2.2.0
    an option in order to control speed of scroll will be added in the version 2.2.0

    Why not just make control + left click do the dragging instead of the enabling dragging mode thing?
