av Soul, för 7 månader sedanThis extension used to run like a dream. I could run flash animations and flash games without any issues at all. Nowadays, however, I'm just getting error after error after error. "Ruffle failed to load the required '.wasm' file component" is what I see every time I try to load classic games on Neopets now, so much for being a lifesaver. "Ruffle wasn't able to run the flash embedded in this page", I'm on your own website?? You can't run your own flash content on your own website?? I don't know what's going on or why this keeps happening but this extension is currently doing nothing but taking up precious hard drive space for me at this point until it actually works as intended.

- Betygsatt 4 av 5av hackerb9, för 4 dagar sedanSeems to work, but defaults to being able to read your data from *all* websites which is poor security practice and makes it seem suspicious.
Weirdly, if you take the effort to disable that permission, the Ruffle extension still works just fine, falling back properly to allowing you to choose to run it per site.
Until the developers fix that security issue, I only recommend this extension to people who feel expert enough to turn off that permission. The steps to do so are: Click the puzzle piece icon on the toolbar, click the gear next to the Ruffle extension, choose "Manage Extension", select the "Permissions and data" tab, turn off the slider for "Access your data for all websites". - Betygsatt 5 av 5av lionovsky, för 10 dagar sedan

P.S. I know this is really specific, but for any Club Penguin Legacy players: if some mini-games just load endlessly for you, try disabling Ruffle. (That seems to be the culprit for me, at least.)
