Select text on any page and click the highlighter icon that appears.
Click the highlighter icon in the address bar to see a list of your hightlights.
Your highlights are removed if you leave the page or refresh.

This is primarily a proof of concept. Will be adding additional features in the near future including: jump between your highlights on a page, remove highlights, copy-paste, and more.
