Was looking for an add-on to hide sponsored posts in the Facebook news feed on Firefox for Android. Theu still appeared after I installed and enabled this add-on.

March 26th, 2020: This add-on is completely worthless now. Doesn't block anything on Facebook and hasn't been updated in years.

Ad-Block Plus blocks considerably more Facebook content.

It's not updated since a year ago. Facebook crushed its little blocking strategies via CSS. It does not block anything at all now. Unless you count Friend request in the sidebar. Ironically, if you clic the toolbar icon you will see ads by AdblockLite at the bottom. Totally uninstalled.
