Working fine here. The context menu command is actually 'Bookmark Tab(s) Here'. The only issue I'm aware of is with Fx 115 ESR as noted at https://github.com/tawnC0DE/BTH/issues/2

If that is not applicable, please give more details (Firefox version, BTH version, OS, and preferably steps to reproduce).
