Excellent extension! I use it when I need to study and it does a great job keeping me focused and off social media. It has plenty of customization options and different block-sets so you can curate it in a way that works perfectly for whatever you need. I highly recommend this if you have any sort of trouble spending tons of time on sites when it could be spent better :)
