For some reason Retailmenot's discount codes are not coming up when I'm checking out of different websites and I don't understand why not. I don't see a way of contacting RMN and I am very disappointed. HELP!!

It can't offer useful and workable promo code

Literally never received a cent from using this shopping portal. Might be okay for coupons but as a cashback tool it just doesn't work. I've looked up earnings in my history but they never go through. Deleting since it doesn't work. Would rather use rakuten

I can sign into RetailMeNot.com with my credentials, but the same login info doesn't work with the app.

Avoid this kind of extensions that can collect what you are looking on the internet, it's just collecting informations on you to profile you and similar customers to target ads/products/services. That's desguished spyware in counterpart to provide you a pretended nice service.

And just about the service provided: this kind of extensions (lots of similar exist like this one) can modify the webpages on-the-fly and also can censure some parts or search results to guide you to buy to a specific seller instead of a concurrent. And guess who is paying the extension editor to do that?

I cannot understand how to use your app -- it seems that i continually get the message about making RetailMeNot an ADD-ONs to my Firefox Browser. I try to Add it and then when I login in and try to use your Deal Finder app -- it just continually sends me through the steps again and again of making RetailMeNot and ADD-ON to my Firefox. Okay, I have added it -- now how do i use it? Not clear to me. Please please dumb down your instructions.

Used to work fine now the last few months it doesn't work at all even though it says cash back is activated before I check out. My rewards just say they are waiting to hear back from the retailer. I've spent over $1,000 the last few months, and received no cash back. Really a bummer when some shops are 8% cash back, and you spend the time to activate and then get nothing.

Fake coupons on Google saying they had "50 deals for NURX and 100 uses today!" absolute trash, Honey gave me a $10 credit for the same website.

$15.00 purchase and deal finder save me $.03! What a joke this is. I spent more than 3 cents of my time messing with this stupid app. If this is the best this app can do it is time to can this in file trash can.
