Deixa aquele recurso do modo escuro nativo (porém em fase de testes) de navegadores baseados em Chromium no chinelo! As letras ficam em uma tonalidade mais escura (em vez de brancas, o que cansa a vista) e pode personalizar página por página (ao contrário do recurso nativo supracitado).
Essa opção de alterar para o modo mais claro (fundo cinza) é excelente, pois há algumas páginas acabam ficando com as cores bagunçadas como, por exemplo, um elemento que continua escuro, se camuflando no plano de fundo também escuro (até porque a extensão não faz milagres, o webdesigner da página também tem de contribuir).
A única crítica é que na versão para celular não há um botão para aumentar ou diminuir o nível de brilho e/ou contraste igual na versão pra computador. É um parto tentar acertar um valor exato usando o dedo naquele controle deslizante!

It was not easy to whitelist webpages and more often than not websites end up looking weird with dark mode applied to them. But this extension lets me set the site list to inverted listed only so by default it is off and only on for specific domains that I add. That's perfect for me because I would much rather add the few sites I actually want dark mode on than exclude every site where I don't like it.

A shame, since it's the only reason I have this addon and until now it was seamlessly functional. Messed with settings but the only thing that fixes it is turning it off entirely. Using a mac.

Sounds like a minor issue. But I'll often not realize that I'm in light mode on a site especially when I'm getting tired. I wont realize that my eyes are straining, and when I do, I think: Monitor brightness is low, so what could it be?
...Ohhh, right. Dark Reader isn't doing anything again. Sigh
Anyways, is it really true that this addon is responsible for memory leaks? extensions are sometimes hounded by baseless accusations of malware and stuff, but its happening more and more often that extensions actually are the culprit behind browser performance issues - Оцінка 4 з 5від hoangkamam, 20 днів томуsome sites with cloudflare protection can't verify human when Dark reader is on.
quick work around is temporary turn off and turn it back on after cloudflare verified.
