Thanks for trying it out. It turns out that home page was specified in Wikidata with just http not https. I've edited it on Wikidata (https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q100269171&diff=2142755545&oldid=2091091539) and now the extension finds the connection.

Very cool to be able to see immediately when a web page's subject is represented by a Wikidata item.
