від Potato_Head, 3 роки томуI stumbled upon this extension watching Ali Abdal video on time management. Despite its simplicity, it's a great extension. Just adds enough resistance to something you do automatically without any thinking. Which makes you think for a second "Do I really want to do this right now? or Is it just muscle memory and bad habits that brought me here?". Totally recommend for anyone struggling to decrease their usage for time wasting website and be more mindful on what you spend your time on. There's an app as well for those who don't know, available for both Android and iOS.

Maybe a bit annoying when it starts several breathing exercises at once every time the URL changes during the page load. Happens when you visit YouTube. Not too feature-rich but I guess that's forced since it's freemium.
