I will note make sure that this extension is disabled on certain sites that you don't need it on. For example, this extension made YouTube lag terribly for me. Slight edit: I wish there was a way to have more than one value changed at a time or to be able to see a list of everything changed. Some posts use S/I and some use Y/N and it looks like I'd have to swap between each depending on what I'm reading.Phản hồi của nhà phát triển

The feature you mention is already present, though I'm working on a re-design that will make it more visible, as it seems to be a common problem that people are not able to find it. If you click on "Need to replace something other than Y/N?" you'll be able to do (and optionally, store) other replacements. There's no limit on the number (just remember to check the box to store the replacement).
And if you click on "Stored Replacements", you'll be able to see the list of everything that changes.
