The extension's actually ok, but the service is not. Would leave zero stars if it were an option.

- the much-touted UI is...basically the same as Firefox's ancient one with a few ajax flourishes
- what's worse, the UI is *very* unreliable: you move something and find out a few minutes later it didn't move at all even though the UI *showed* it in the new location; this happened dozens of times
- you can't export the collections: it would only let me export the bookmark URLs (not grouped/tagged) or the *original* data I uploaded
- the "AI" took an > 1 hour to do its "magic": with ~400 bookmarks, made a few reasonable suggestions, then *never worked again* (even after I substantially reorganized things, it'd tell me "not enough data...")

TL;DR: the extension's a pretty good front end for a service that's not worth using and won't let you export your own data.

Search still doesn't work anywhere (general search, search by notes/tags/highlights... everything) - it's just broken.

Highlights feature has been broken since version 6.6.24

Anyone who wants to use highlights you can download 6.6.24 by adding /versions to the url

With cross-site cookies disabled the add-on doesn't work at all - just prompts the user to log in (with a link), and then when you click the link it takes you to a page that tells you to click the add-on.

Does not automatically close Raindrop window on FF when you select a bookmark like it does in other browsers. Developer has disappeared and will not answer. I suggest not purchasing the pro version since he ignores his users.

Really cool extension but the highlight shortcut is not working and never has on firefox. Edit : Lowering rating as nothing is done for that small shortcut issue on firefox despite many support tickets along the months.
Edit : They fixed the shortcut issue but the browser console keeps opening even with just this extension, nothing else. No answers on support ticket.

Stopped using it for awhile, decided to try it again and found that trying to upload a bookmarks backup file just gets you a "File is invalid" error. First, the file is valid. Your plugin is the one that's got a problem. Second, if it's a choice between manually syncing my existing bookmarks and deleting your plugin then it's a pretty easy choice.

No longer works. Only says "please log in" even though I am logged in.

Unfortunately I find that when trying to authenticate with raindrop.io in this extension, the Sign In button takes me to a new FireFox tab.
I log in there, but the extension window doesn't recognise that I've logged in and just shows the 'Please log in to start' dialogue.
I'm a paying user, so really wish I could get this working. I've spent a lot of time tinkering with FireFox settings, but haven't been able to get it working.

Ogni cosa va fatta a mano come aggiungere o togliere un segnalibro, la visualizzazione dell'app per i segnalibri è davvero troppo incasinata e troppo inutilmente "sfarzosa" rispetto ai puliti segnalibri interni. Se setto la visualizzazione "Titoli" togliendo tags e descrizione, ad esempio, si setta solamente per la cartella in questione e non per tutte le altre e non ho trovato il modo per renderlo predefinito (qualora ci fosse è impossibile trovarlo). Per carità, rispetto a sync firefox volevo solo avere la possibilità di poter vedere i segnalibri quando sono in una postazione non mia e firefox questo non lo permette se non sincronizzandolo anche dalla postazione forestiera (non fattibile). Nulla, credevo fosse un degno erede di Xmarks (era straordinario) ma bocciato su tutta la linea !

Can not add ANY new bookmarks at all. when i click on the cloud in the upper right, the app opens but when you try to "add link or image here" nothing happens because you cant drag an image over or a link without firfox closing the riandrop window. ctrl+shift+E opens up the debuger so the hot keys dont work. It shouldt take me over an hour to figure out simple bookmarks and still get no where

Absolutely useless "bookmark manager". It doesn't sync anything. It expects you to add the bookmarks manually. Why would I do that !? I already have bookmarks in Firefox. Sync those!!!
