It does pretty much nothing compared to tabmix plus. Calling it 'tab management' is a huge exaggeration.

Lets see:
-single window mode(but i can live without it)
-specific tab opening order which tabmix plus provides
-duplicating tabs next to original
-extended closed tab history
-tabs customization(font styles, width)
-mouse settings(e.g. double clicking tab duplicates it, double clicking empty space on the tabbar opens a new tab, alt/ctrl/shift+ click actions)
-customize firefox hotkeys
-session manager
