来自 siuKing，3 年前I used 1Passord for ages and it was the best experience I've had with managing passwords. Now that I use MacOS Monterey and since there is 1Password7 it's just pure trash. I can't open the classic 1Password App on my Mac (after I type in the password it gets stuck) and I'm not able to add new passwords. The 1Password7 App won't allow me to add new passwords. The extensions either in safari and in Firefox don't work at all. I don't know what I have to do to get the extensions to work. Honestly... at this point I'm so disappointed that I actually think about asking my money back since it just stopped working properly for me.

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles with 1Password. It sounds like you might have been working with a previous 1Password version (1Password 6 or earlier) with a standalone license, and then updated to 1Password 7 when you updated your Mac.
1Password 7 requires a 1Password.com account, which you can sign up for here: https://1password.com/sign-up
Once you create an account and add it to the 1Password 7 app, it will be activated and autofilling should work.

- 评分 4 / 5来自 Hugvan，16 天前As of today, the add-on doesn't appear as expected in the Firefox toolbar and the normal 1password icon does not appear in form fields (username, password, etc). I now have to tab back and forth between Firefox and the 1password desktop application.
The extension is currently broken as things stand. Please fix. - 评分 3 / 5来自 Katie4037，19 天前I appreciate this extension and use it quite regularly managing our business accounts. A major annoyance that I can't seem to correct is the interference with Quickbooks online. Very often when I enter the simplest information in QB, the extension prompts me to add the saved address info. The data in QB has absolutely nothing to do with addresses, but this happens multiple times an hour. Quite annoying and frustrating. Could you perhaps add the ability to disallow permission for certain websites? That would save me several headaches.

I have removed it. I have reinstalled it.
As at Nov. 1, 2024 it just will not work anymore.
I CANNOT get it to UNLOCK!!!!
I just keeps popping up with a welcome window which I cannot get past. I do NOT Need to "Add an Account" and when I sign in.. I just get logged into my 1Password account.
The pop up window that may indicate some follow up step is HIDDEN behind a "sidebar" window which cannot be closed!
So I guess it is IMPOSSIBLE to INSTALL the extension, even though it appears in my menu bar with the locked icon -- which, as I say I CANNOT GET TO LOAD so I can input my password and CARRY ON!!!
