I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. It sounds like you may need to adjust your auto lock settings which can be done within your 1Password desktop app: https://support.1password.com/auto-lock/#manage-auto-lock-in-the-1password-app.

- 评分 1 / 5来自 fomartelan，2 年前I use multiple browsers. I hate having to sign in on ever browser when I have the desktop app. This is the whole reason I've stayed with 1password when my job gives me a free lastpass account.

It sounds like the connection to automatically unlock your extension with the desktop app isn't working as expected.

In order to use 1Password in your browser with a standalone license you will need to install the classic version of 1Password in your browser. Here is the link to install this: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/.

1Password in the browser integrates directly with your 1Password desktop app and definitely supports Touch ID. Can you start by checking you have it enabled: https://support.1password.com/touch-id-mac/.
