- On its own, the plugin works, but that's just it. 1Password desktop is unlocked, but the browser-plugin isn't. I have to login twice (both desktop and browser separately). I am forced to use two separate shortcuts and wait for newly generated passwords to be synced to the other instance which is RIGHT THERE...
Switched back to the old plugin, which works much easier. Please fix this and make it 1Password instead of 2Password...开发者回应

When working with 1Password in your browser, you’ll want to start and end your workflow in the browser. No need to open or use the desktop app at all!
Also, you’ll be happy to learn that we are indeed currently working on integrating with the desktop app, and when that happens you will be able to unlock only one of them and the other will unlock as well! Not to mention it will add Touch ID / Windows Hello support and more :)

- 1Password is by far the best password manager out there. None of the other apps can stand up to it in terms of app and browser extension usability, reliability, and security. The Watchtower feature is amazing and helped me to go through and update all of my roughly 100+ weak or reused passwords to be cryptographically secure randomly generated passwords.
I also like the many different options for categorization; I run a home lab server so I use 1Password to store things like IP addresses of services I'm running, IP/MAC address whitelists, SSH keys, etc.
They also have secure notes, which I use to store a couple license keys for some software I've purchased.开发者回应

That doesn't sound very good, it could be that certain Firefox settings are enabled which stops 1Password X from being able to write to Firefox’s local storage which stops the extension from working.
Can you check that “Always use private browsing” and “Never remember history” are not both enabled simultaneously. At least one of these settings needs to be disabled for the extension to work.

While this has nothing to do with 1Password X extension, it is still very odd. The “Delete Account” process doesn’t require your Master Password because often people use it when they don’t remember their password.
Did you initiate the process yourself? Or did that email came out of the blue? In any case, send us an email to support@1password.com and we’ll try to help you out with this.
