Tried removing browser cache, checked audio drivers that they were correct and auto play feature which was correctly allowing all audio and video. Those might have been the problem according to guides to fix error 4000. After trying those it still didn't work so tried disabling add-ons and after disabling your add-on it started to work again. What might have been the cause I have no idea so I decided to forward this problem to you so I don't have keep disabling and enabling your add-on over and over again. Using Firefox version 76.0.1.
