⁠1. Introduction AcurimedAI (“AcurimedAI extension”) is designed to assist healthcare professionals by converting patient-doctor conversations into structured SOAP notes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that no personal or sensitive health information is collected, stored, or shared by the Extension.
2. No Data Collection. We do not collect, store, or share any user data, including but not limited to:
- Audio recordings of conversations
- Transcribed text from conversations
- Generated SOAP notes
- Any metadata associated with conversations
3. No Data Storage. The Extension processes voice input and generates structured SOAP notes in real-time without storing any information on our servers. Once the SOAP note is generated, it is immediately available for use in an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system but is not retained by the Extension.
4. No Third-Party Sharing Since we do not collect or store any data, there is no sharing of information with third parties, including advertisers, analytics providers, or other external entities.
⁠5. Local Processing – All voice-to-text and SOAP structuring processes are handled locally or via secure, transient cloud processing that does not retain data beyond the session. No information is stored or accessible after the completion of the process.
6. Security Measures – While we do not store data, we ensure that the Extension operates securely by using industry-standard encryption and access controls to prevent unauthorized use.
