You can remove this by clicking on the AdBlock icon in the toolbar and selecting "Undo my blocks on this site" and reloading the page. To help with the ads you are seeing, could you reach out to us at help@getadblock.com so we can better understand your situation? I totally wasted my money and no one at Ad Block is making any effort to help.
