- The AdBlock Plus extension aggravates me MORE by pushing me to a different page trying to get me to donate to them every single day, more than just bearing with the ads would do!!
STOP hijacking my browser in an attempt to guilt me into paying your salary. You block ads, good job, now stop forcing me to look at YOUR AD!开发者回应

We are updating the extension, therefore a popup might appear (it will only happen once per browser/device), but you can simply close it and continue browsing. If you are seeing many payment tabs all at once or encountering the payment page every time you open your browser, please reach out to us via support@adblockplus.org.
Here's more about how our contribution page works: For non-Premium users, we populate the page when we update the extension to keep you informed on changes we've made and as a reminder to support Adblock Plus if you find the software beneficial. We don't track who has previously paid unless your extension is already upgraded to Adblock Plus Premium (and in that case we won't show you the update page at all). It's a great tool, helped a lot. Today after an update it told: "make any contribution and see the difference" and... stopped working. It looked like it's not free anymore.
I almost moved to another adblock extension, but reinstall helped.
Also today it started showing too many notifications, telling how great it is. It's the same annoying as the advertisements. Kill a dragon to become the dragon?开发者回应

- Such a shame how people whine about how the extension isn't working at times. It's free you spoiled brats. How about being grateful for what is there for you to use for FREE. As a matter of fact, this extension should have a price on it just to make the babies cry even more.

If you are seeing red boxes, can you please try the following:
Click on your ABP icon > gear icon > advanced > uncheck the box next to Turn on debug element hiding filters mode > refresh the page.
If the issue persists, can you please send us a message to support@adblockplus.org with some screenshot ? If you are using the Adblock Plus extension on a desktop browser, you should not be seeing full length ads though you may see a variety of different behaviors such as a temporary black screen or a very brief display of an ad (less than a second or two).
