Great tool to customise the search options and get a closer system to the Chrome search bar behaviour. Better than using the "Add a Keyword for this Search..." function as it gives a clear indication if the search engine is active and seems to be more reliable for me.

It does it's job perfectly well! There is nothing more you could ask for, when it comes to adding a custom search engine.

IMHO: Firefox should support this natively.

I use this to add duckduckgo lite as a custom search engine. It works perfectly.

It works great but come on Mozilla, we shouldn't have to install an add-on to do such a simple thing. Thank you Tom!

A must-have! Not all that easy to use (HTTP Live Headers helps a lot) but the most viable way to get your favourite search engines back to the searchbar.

I wondered why I cannot add eBay as a search engine. Turns out the name was already used internally some way even if I hadn't installed an eBay search. So "ebay" instead of "eBay" as search name worked but it would be nice if the user could get some type of feedback otherwise this is quite confusing.

Works great! It's odd something like this has to be done through an extension, but that's on Mozilla. The add-on itself works perfectly.
