The LetyShops Extension is part of the LetyShops cashback service, which helps the User to make purchases on the Internet with next receiving cashback. In addition, The LetyShops Extension helps the User to save on purchases on the Internet in other ways, including by informing the User about promotions, discounts and new offers of the LetyShops and the LetyShops partners.
This policy describes the procedures of collecting, storing and processing of the User’s data in using the LetyShops Extension. This policy is an integral part of the LetyShops General Privacy Policy. All terms and definitions not disclosed in this policy are used within the meaning defined by the LetyShops Customer Agreement and the LetyShops Privacy Policy.

For what purposes do we use User’s data?
By installing the LetyShops Extension, you express your full consent to the use of your personal data for the following purposes:
To fulfill the terms of the Customer Agreement, namely:
- promotion of the goods and (or) services of the Advertisers with a description of the cashback and/or other methods of savings during purchases that you could receive in purchasing goods from such Advertisers;
- implementation of the referral program;
- promotion of LetyShops services, including informing about new LetyShops products, promotions, draws, discounts, etc. on letyshops.com including the terms of referral or affiliate programs, Lety discount codes and other;
- developing, improving, upgrading, updating of LetyShops services and products;
- informing You according to the Agreement, including part of updating of LetyShops services, calculation and confirmation of cashbacks;
- for the purposes of direct marketing, such as advertising and promotion of goods and (or) services of the LetyShops and the LetyShops partners;
- consumer market research based on your personal data and using of the LetyShops services for the marketing purposes of LetyShops;

To fulfill these purposes, the LetyShops Extension uses the following data:
- the current domain name of the website on which the user is located - this information is needed to determine the possibility of receiving cashback and\or other ways of saving on this site;
- Cookie-files of the LetyShops partners (stores and services listed on letyshops.com in the “Stores” section, as well as the LetyShops partners) that are physically located on the user's device.
- The processing of such cookie-files is required to provide the User with a notification about the possibility or impossibility of receiving a cashback or other way of saving on a particular website. At the same time, the Extension does not in any way modify existing cookies. We can also transfer various information about the use of the LetyShops Extension to our partners with whom the LetyShops has entered into an appropriate agreement on advertising, promotion and/or marketing (including through intermediaries), as well as we can use various marketing, statistical and technical tools, namely:

How do we use the collected data?
The LetyShops Extension has the ability, based on various aggregated information from the LetyShops service, to provide the most advantageous offers for the user at the moment;
Using automated processing of the data, we generate derived data about your preferences, which we also use for the full and high-quality performance of the Agreement, including for improving the Service and the Extension, promotion according to the Agreement and promotion of LetyShops Services.
For You, this means that, for example, we draw your attention to those advertisers' offers that You probably would be more interested in, based on your behavior on the letyshops.com website (for example, if You made orders in household appliances stores or clothes, we can draw Your attention to other offers in this area). Also, we can personalize the Promotion of LetyShops Services for You, so that You get the information You are interested in more likely.

Permissions
To fulfill the above conditions, installing the LetyShops Extension, the User provides the right to carry out the following actions:
- the LetyShops Extension has the ability to display on various sites relevant information about cashback and/or other ways of saving;
- the LetyShops Extension from has the ability to send the user various notifications. The user can disable such notifications in the settings of the Extension;
- the LetyShops Extension has the ability to open new tabs. This is necessary so that the user does not lose information on the current tab when switching from the Extension;
- the LetyShops Extension has the ability, based on various aggregated information from the LetyShops service, to provide the most attractive offers to the user at the moment;
