Adds filters onto the History Tab on Backloggery.com allowing you to filter down the History milestones based on status (New, Started, Beat, etc), month, and system.

- Added option to combine the alternate "Added" statuses
- Added visibility toggle for the filters allowing the controls to be hidden. Default setting to remember previously selected visibility
- Removed year filter as new site history tab is already separated into years
