For downgrades to a lower-tier subscription, any remaining balance from the previous plan will be issued as a credit. This credit will be applied to future payments within your account.

When canceling a subscription, users may only cancel at the end of the billing cycle. This ensures that users can fully utilize any remaining subscription days. Any leftover credits in the user account will remain available for future purchases or subscriptions. Credits are non-refundable and can only be used to subscribe to Autom8 services in the future.
